Once upon a time, there was Inke Heiland, graphic designer straight out of Amsterdam’s Rietveld Academy. The young mum, slightly retro, strives to decorate her son’s bedroom. She has the bright idea to cut up silhouettes from vintage 60’s and 70’s wallpaper, which she then sticks on the wall. Positive reactions abound ! Thus Inke launches her “Wallpaper Wildlife” sticker collection. Giraffe, crocodile, lion, monkey, ostrich… all declined in psychedelic or romantic patterns in a multitude of colours. In a very limited edition, Inke Heiland hand crafts her stickers. We’ve fallen for the birds which give a vintage yet poetic feel to a child’s bedroom.
