Flattered was founded in Stockholm, Sweden, in the spring of 2013 by four co-founders, Gustav Lidén, Pingis Hadenius, Hanna Kwiatkowska Thisner and Isabella Löwengrip, with the aspiration to create the perfect indoor slipper. Their signature indoor ballet flat with a soft leather sole and almond-shaped toe soon became the brand's trademark. Since then, Flattered has extended their range to include sandals, boots, ballet flats, heels and trainers. Their contemporary aesthetic presents a panoply of modern styles and colours without ever sacrificing on comfort or functionality. Each pair of shoes is designed in Stockholm and handmade by craftsmen in southern Europe using chrome-free leather as well as a growing number of vegan alternatives.
