Inuikii

Inuikii is a sustainable luxury footwear brand founded in 2013 by Italian-born Cinzia Maag and her two sons Danilo and Alessio. Designed in Switzerland and inspired by the Innuits from Greenland, Inuikii develops striking and adaptable footwear for the colder months. Aptly taking its name from the Greenlandic word meaning “beauty of the cold”, Inuikii makes fur-lined boots that are as warm as they are fashion-forward. Each pair of shoes is handmade in Europe using European materials and with a strong focus on sustainability. From eco-rubber to Oeko-Tex certified organic-cotton and innovative materials made from wine waste or banana plants: Inuikii takes its environmental commitment seriously and is aiming to make 70% of their products entirely eco-responsible by 2025. Already, most of their shoes are lined with European shearling, a biodegradable, breathable and naturally thermostatic organic material — sustainable, eco-friendly and ultra-comfy.
