Before launching her own brand, Bérengère de Lassée worked for several years at Bottega Veneta in Italy, cultivating her lifelong passion for accessories with fine details and finishes. With this experience and after meeting her husband, the two decided to create Lastelier in 2016. Having lived in many different countries, Bérengère wanted to create essential pieces that you can use every day, wherever you are, without having to worry about trends or seasons. From Saint Barth to Portofino, Cannes, Capri or Ubud, each piece in the collection bears the name of a source of inspiration for the designer. Lastelier entrusts its designs to skilled Italian craftsmen who use recycled leather from some of the biggest names in luxury fashion. The result is a worldly collection of high-end, functional leather goods and hats made with the utmost attention to detail and imbued with dolce vita.
