Living just ten blocks away from the beach in San Francisco, the creators of Nocs Provisions found themselves needing a great pair of binoculars for checking the swell from their front porch. When their hunt for the perfect middle of the range pair came up short, they decided to create their own. They dreamt of a pair of binoculars that was waterproof and compact, combining supreme quality and a touch of style for the modern-day adventurer. Twenty prototypes later, they leveraged the latest advances in optical coatings, prism technologies, and waterproofing methods to create their Standard Issue 8x25 waterproof binoculars. Inspired by the lines of the sea and coastal dunes, their design has a unique textured surface and an ergonomic shape to accommodate hands of all sizes.
