When Julian Meagher, the founder of London-based brand Playforever was a child, he would ride his bike around underground carparks searching for supercars, marvelling at their sleek forms and shiny badges. This early fascination with the beauty and magic of classic vehicles sparked a lifelong ambition to create a collection of timeless heirloom toys: a collection that would delight and captivate generations to come, children and grown-ups alike. Today, Playforever’s extensive range of Midis, Minis and Mavericks draws inspiration from iconic racing cars and racing planes from the 1920s, as well as classic 1960s New York, combined with decades of researching and studying technical car design and automotive styling. Using child-friendly, soft-roll rubber wheels and long-lasting, UV-resistant paint finish, Playforever never compromises on detail or quality and all of their products are safety-tested to the highest international standards.
