Over its 100-year history, Victoria has proven itself a stalwart brand in Spanish footwear. Founded in 1915, in the small town of La Rioja, the label was born when founder Gregorio had the idea of creating a shoe named after his wife, Victoria. Since then, the brand’s sneakers have graced the feet of generations of men, women, and children, most notably with the "Inglesa" model – an iconic style which is still manufactured today. While the impeccable look and quality of Victoria shoes remains unchanged (each one is still made by hand in La Rioja to this day), the brand’s processes have greatly improved over the years to reduce its environmental footprint. By keeping production local and favouring recycled, natural, and organic materials the brand has proven itself a leader in sustainable production. A pair of Victorias is truly one for the ages.
