Returning a product
 

We hope that you are happy with your purchase. If something doesn’t feel quite right we understand if you change your mind and would like to return your order.
 
Please know that all international returns are at the expense of the customer.
  To return an item from anywhere outside metropolitan France, it is very important to follow the correct steps to ensure a hassle-free process.  

1.

Go to "My Account", "My Returns" then "Return an Item". This step is essential and it is here that you will receive the return slip to be enclosed in your package.

Download the return slip and enclose it in the package.

Choose a secure and tracked postal service to return your item.

4.

Download the return slip and enclose it in the package.

 

Once approved, you will be refunded via the original payment method. NB: If you paid with a credit note, a gift card or a gift list contribution, you will automatically receive your refund as a credit note.
 

 PLEASE NOTE


CUSTOMS
If your country is subject to customs, please anticipate the payment of customs fees beforehand so that your parcel is not blocked on arrival. Smallable does not cover the cost of customs fees incurred for return items, so any parcel requiring payment on arrival will be refused and returned to the sender.

PARCEL TRACKING
Make sure to use a tracking service when choosing a carrier. The return parcel is your responsibility so any parcel lost during the return will not be refunded.

RETURN SLIP
Make sure you declare your return via your online customer account and enclose the return slip in the parcel. Failing this, our team will not be able to identify the return and the refund will not be processed.
