Go to “My returns” and click the option “Return an item”


Select the articles that you would like to return, indicating the reason for the return.

Once your return has been received and verified by our Customer Service team, we will refund the amount paid for the article(s) to the bank account used for the order in 3 to 5 business days.

Once the refund has been made it can take up to 3 days to appear in your bank account. The delay may vary, depending on your bank. Please be aware, return costs are at the customer’s expense.
